Our cards and gift wraps are printed by a wonderful East London cooperative on a Heidelberg lithographic press using hand mixed vegetable oil inks. They are great folk and the whole process fits perfectly with the Mercer-Mercer ethos of working sustainably, to create joyous product with people we like!

Our cards are printed on 100% re-cycled stock. It is very important to us that we don't utilise even sustainable forestry for our products and because of this there may sometimes be tiny imperfections within the paper. These simply add to the beauty of the designed product and means that our footprint is, thankfully, that little bit less.

Our cards are naturally fully compostable.

We use cello sleeves to protect each card so that they reach you in perfect condition. These are made from natural starches and have 4* BioBased EU rating.

We keep packaging to an absolute minimum and we try our best to run a plastic free company.

Card orders will be delivered within recycled card board envelopes or boxes depending on the size of the order and gift wraps will be delivered rolled in recycled cardboard tubes or for orders over 15 sheets, or securely rolled into a proportionately sized cardboard box for larger orders.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is free within the UK on orders over £45!

Orders are posted out each day Monday-Friday and charges are determined by weight.

UK Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed.

Parcels for the Uk, up to 2kg are posted by Royal Mail.

You can choose at checkout either

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) £3.95 per order

OR

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express) £5.95 per order

Larger orders will be sent by courier taking up to 3 days to be delivered.

Don’t forget that all orders over £45 are shipped within the UK absolutely free!

EU Shipping:

Shipping to our friends in Europe has become somewhat tricky, but worry not, for parcels under 150 Euros we can use IOSS to charge you the destination country’s VAT at checkout. You will therefore not be liable for import duty or VAT on delivery.

For trade orders to EU countries, VAT is not charged at checkout. You the customer will therefore be liable to pay VAT, duties and any extra handling fees on delivery.

For orders under £10 orders will be sent by Royal Mail fully tracked, at £5.95.

We love to ship to the USA and it all works very well.
